Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY:
48hr Cancellation Policy- Cancellation with less than 48hrs of your scheduled appointment you will be responsible for 50% of the total service. Cancellation with less than 24hr notice you will be responsible for 100% of total service. If you are 10+ min late I unfortunately I will not have time service you. Your appointment will be cancelled and a fee of the cost of service will be required.
NO SHOW POLICY- If you are a NO SHOW you will be responsible for 100% of the missed service and will be banned from booking.
*SICK POLICY*
I will be wearing a mask for the entirety of your appointments. If you would like to wear a mask you are welcome but they are not required. Unfortunately I am unable to supply masks at this time so please bring your own if you’d like.
*If you are sick please do not come to your appointment. I would rather get a text at 3am you are not feeling well than 8am. Please do not wait to “see how you feel in the morning.”
